1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the RSLO system, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. The system is operated by R. Sese & Associates Law Office.

2. Nature of the Service

RSLO is a law office management and legal assistance platform. It facilitates appointment scheduling, document requirement guidance, case record viewing, and AI-assisted preliminary identification of possible legal categories.

3. AI Assistance Is Not Legal Advice

All outputs of the RSLO AI Assistant — including suggested legal categories, confidence levels, explanations and suggested documents — are provided solely for preliminary identification and consultation preparation. They do not constitute legal advice, legal interpretation, or a legal determination. Final assessment, legal evaluation and professional advice remain under the sole authority and judgment of the Attorney.

4. Appointments

Appointment requests are subject to review, approval, decline, or rescheduling by the office staff. Blocked dates and time-slot availability are managed by the office.

5. Payments

All payments for legal services are handled directly at the law office. Fees are assessed case-by-case. The system does not process online payments.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. The office may disable accounts that violate these terms.
